Welcome to the IREI website!
We hope you will find here much useful information about Real Estate in Canada and specifically in Toronto. We love Real Estate, it is our passion and we deeply believe it is an ideal vehicle for long term investments. It is not a “get rich quick” scheme but it is a “get-rich for sure in a long run” … only if set-up properly. It is not a free ride; it is a hard work, but enjoyable and rewarding work. Mistakes are possible like in any other business but the beauty is that time heals all wounds in real estate. Price of land which is obviously a finite resource is always going up. We designed this site for our fellow Real Estate investors to share the tidbits of information, for our current and future Joint Venture Partners, for people who passionate about Canadian Real Estate as we are. We will appreciate your comments, suggestions and simply encouraging words.
Enjoy your visit. |

Graph of the Month
Unprecedented 2010 budget deficit in Ontario was caused, in part, by permanently growing government spending. The bureaucratic machine needs more and more tax-payers money to survive. 33,311,389 Canadians (including children and retired) feed 3,438,600 public servants! A ratio of 1 to 9.7! That is why we need a “revenue neutral” HST this year.

The average increase of the home price in Toronto from September 2008 is 10%. Currently, the average home price in Toronto is standing at $406,877. Number of sales in Toronto from September 2008 is up 28%. Can any of us, homeowners and investors, dream about such appreciation? Are we really in recession? Read further. |
