We are a couple of the passionate Canadian Real Estate Investors. Igor holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from University of Ottawa and a P.Eng. licence in Ontario. Julia is an accountant who is completing her CGA (Certified General Accountant) designation.
Our profound objective is to find a WIN-WIN-WIN solution for all parties involved:
- We do our best to make sure our JV investors WIN, their money works hard to provide them above average returns and below average risks;
- Our tenants WIN enjoying the safe, clean, affordable housing and immaculate property management. Our tenants are our clients; we treat them with profound respect. We are proud to provide affordable housing for Torontonians;
- We also WIN by doing enjoyable work and expecting long term reward. We only make money if our investors make money. It is our promise and we stand behind our word. We are in this business for a long run.
Our intent is to underpromise and overachieve in everything we do.
We believe in the abundance mentality and ready to share our knowledge. We believe that only knowledge can delete fear and only when you give, you shall receive. Also, we are open to any questions, suggestions and comments.
